Inside Account Executive

3RT Networks is a growth focused Managed IT Service Provider located in western Wisconsin. Leveraging our service offerings and solutions, we strive to delivery business value to our customers every day. Ensuring technology is always aligned with organizational strategy is critical to maintaining client success. 3RT Networks is seeking a self-motivated and knowledgeable inside sales executive to support our sales team and business development initiatives. This position is responsible for generating sales leads, quoting, deal registration, contract renewals and building relationships with clients. In this role, you will need to acquire an in-depth knowledge of our products, the ability to assess clients' IT needs and demonstrate our offerings.

Inside Account Executive Position Duties:

  • Prospect using lead generation strategies
  • Set appointments with new potential clients
  • Maintaining knowledge on technical product specifications and trends
  • Execute company sales strategy with key targets and performance indicators
  • Tracking sales targets and documenting sales performance metrics
  • Develop sales strategy by analyzing and researching industry trends
  • Consulting with management and delivery on product offerings
  • Identifying marketing opportunities and developing sales leads
  • Assessing potential client IT needs and recommending solutions and services
  • Negotiating sales and service renewal contracts

Inside Account Executive Position Requirements:

  • Sales and marketing experience
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology preferred
  • 2-5 years’ experience in an IT sales environment
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
  • Ability to explain and demonstrate IT product specifications and functionality
  • Advanced proficiency in IT industry terminology
  • Ability to correspond with management and delivery about sales strategies
  • Ability to negotiate sales opportunities, contracts, and service agreements
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer behavior, as well as industry trends and innovation
  • Strong relationship building skills and prospecting experience a plus
  • Verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
